Reading your surroundings is an important aspect of health and wellbeing. Living alone, in partnerships, with families and roommates it is a vital part of yours and their experiences. Our surrounding create a structure from which we act from whether consciously or unconsciously.
It could be a room in your home, the home room by room or floor plan to the garden front and back. An environment is created through our lifestyle and becomes habitual. With busy lives I have noticed that we lose touch with our connection to our spaces and stop using intention in how we want our personal environment to support us.
