Turn disconnection into connecting. Increase your potential to stay informed intelligently when sorting through the fear based news with more ease. Increase your knowledge to make informed choices for your own empowerment. Why? To stop blocking out current events and counting on others to do what’s best for you. Your health begins with you. STOP AND PAUSE A MOMENT!
What’s really important during a crisis? To support your personal health and ability to function and be supported. To contribute to your family’s and community’s health and ability to function. Reflect for a moment on the evacuated townships in Japan and know that the only members in the communities working are the men bravely continuing their work in the nuclear reactors, first aid and search and rescue workers. Families have been torn apart, lost and separated from each other, their homes, their jobs, family and friends. What’s really important is to take informed action to improve your health and immune system, keep informed to make choices that will be wise for you and your family. Being able to check the situation and make the decision yourself to relocate, even temporarily, and have everything organized only comes after you are capable and not in crisis mode. The goal is to take this action or not with inner strength and not from panic or simply believing you do not have a choice.
